James B Kynes Jr is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Entrepreneur based in Atlanta. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, he serves as a qualifying broker at Rushman Moore REG, specializing in tenant representation and business brokerage. Previously, James worked as an Associate Broker at Engel & Voelkers, where he facilitated real estate transactions and served as a brand ambassador.

In his creative role at Block-C, Elvir brings innovation and flair to every project, from designing logos to crafting captivating flyers. Additionally, Elvir plays a crucial role in maintaining GlobeHUB's online presence, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Elvir's adaptability and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable asset, contributing significantly to the success of SameDay Printing and GlobeHUB alike.

Outside Counsel

Vishay was born and raised in South Africa, where he became an attorney, entrepreneur, and angel investor in the Post-Apartheid era. He’s the founder of Mapmelocal, co-founder of DogEatCrow, and the co-founder of Atlanta-based accelerator and co-working space GlobeHUB.

Maintenance and Build

Carlos enjoys building things, and his responsibilities extend above and beyond maintenance, which makes him a valuable and indispensable team member of Block-C.
